Darren WOOD (for the uninitiated: the sole member of the 500 club) didn’t run at his usual Frimley Lodge this week. He was away on business, and so attended the nearest parkrun to where he was.

So far so unremarkable.

Except that he was in Atlanta, Georgia, and his nearest parkrun was in Durham, North Carolina, a round trip or 742 miles, or 12 hours!

(Thanks to Darren himself for those numbers).
